This program is systematically designed for students who want to deepen their yoga practice and aspirants who wish to become competent yoga teachers. The course covers different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Aerial yoga. This is an intensive course. Moreover, the student gets a deep insight into yoga philosophy, anatomy, and Ayurvedic concepts.

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential. Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa flow are majors, and you will practice it daily. Yin and Aerial are minors that you practice for the first and second half of the course only.
The course aims to prepare students to become effective teachers with comprehensive and holistic knowledge about traditional, authentic yoga. Apart from the three practical styles of Yin, Hatha, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, the content includes yoga anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation techniques, detox techniques, and the basics of Ayurveda.
Besides that, you will also enjoy the following
Aerial yoga combines acrobatic arts and anti-gravity asana. However, it’s also an accessible practice that can help you find more length in your spine and safe alignment in your poses.
Use of aerial props was first introduced by BKS Iyengar, who tied ropes to walls and later hung straps from the ceiling to facilitate and enhance poses about one’s needs and abilities
Aerial yoga combines yoga, acrobatics, Pilates, and physical therapy. It is easier than regular yoga because you use swings to support your body weight, so your muscles don’t work as hard.
The swings allow you to move more freely, stretch easier, attain correct alignment, and do advanced poses such as handstands and inversions. Aerial offers great therapeutic benefits by using gravity to stretch the spine, relieve back pain, and heal injuries.
Begin with detailed alignment instruction of basic Aerial yoga poses with advanced options, which are ordered in a developmental sequence.
BKS Iyengar first introduced aerial props. He tied the ropes to walls and ceilings. Like the other props he invented, aerial reinforcements aimed to help the practitioner go deeper into specific postures, easily access inverted poses, and assist in healing. Aerial yoga is also known as anti-gravity yoga, arial yoga, trapeze, hammock, silks, etc.
There is no absolute definition of the term., however, It is a synthesis of yoga, calisthenics, physiotherapy, Pilates, and acrobatics. Aerial yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is complementary and supplementary to traditional yoga. However, it is not an alternative to standard yoga practice.
Primarily, Aerial yoga is more accessible than other traditional forms of yoga as the rig supports the body weight and less muscle engagement is involved. Hence, it is suitable for beginners, too. Moreover, Aerial yoga can also be made more challenging for advanced practitioners.
You will learn in total 70 Aerial yoga postures. Some benefits of Aerial yoga are:
