Program
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll enjoy a revitalizing mix of surf and yoga in a peaceful, nature-based setting near the ocean.
You'll take part in 3 surf sessions of 2 hours, supervised by certified and passionate instructors. Each group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention, safety, and fun in the water.
High-quality boards and wetsuits are provided and renewed regularly. If you want to surf more, additional equipment is available at the camp for independent practice.
The surf sessions are scheduled as follows: one slot on Friday, Saturday (morning or afternoon, depending on tides), and Sunday morning. Each lesson is carefully planned within these windows to match the best possible tide conditions and wave quality, offering the most enjoyable and effective experience.
To complement the physical activity and ocean energy, you'll also join 3 vinyasa yoga sessions with Rebecca, a certified teacher. Sessions are held either at the surf camp or in the nearby pine forest, depending on the moment of the day. Whether practiced before or after surfing, these classes are tailored to support your surf progression - improving mobility, flexibility, breathing, and mental focus.
Here’s an example of a typical day: a relaxed breakfast, followed by a surf session if tides allow, lunch and free time, then a restorative yoga class later in the afternoon. Evenings are for unwinding, sunset at the beach, shared meals, and good vibes around the camp.
This weekend is your invitation to disconnect from the daily rush and reconnect with yourself, the ocean, and a small group of like-minded people.

Instructors
Rebecca
Rebecca is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and a true lover of movement and nature. She teaches with calm energy and a deep focus on breath, flow, and alignment. Her classes are designed to complement surfing — helping participants improve mobility, strength, and recovery — while encouraging everyone to reconnect with themselves. Rebecca is also a world traveler, and when she’s not on the mat, she’s somewhere off the beaten path, exploring barefoot.
Yann
Yann is the kind of instructor who brings instant good vibes. Originally from Brittany, he’s known for his colorful pants, contagious smile, and endless enthusiasm in and out of the water. Whether you’re catching your first whitewater wave or trying to improve your technique, Yann will make sure you feel supported, safe, and above all, stoked.
