While March saw the first signs of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, April is a bit of an awkward mix of temperatures. As for the Southern Hemisphere, autumn is at its most beautiful so grapes picking, and gorgeous foliage will make you pack your bags.

It was just a perfect match that was well adopted by the Golden State; since then, California has never looked back and is the trendsetter when it comes to healthy living and wellness.
Yogi Bhajan might be one of the most famous. He settled in California in 1968 to teach Kundalini Yoga. He not only introduced this yoga style to the USA, but he was also actively engaged in various political and religious issues that contributed to the expansion of the yoga practice in the west.
Literally, you can find any sort of yoga holiday in California. From budget retreats, to the most luxurious getaways; from breaks for beginners, to courses for yoga teachers. And all kinds of yoga styles are also here; indeed, it is said that the Vinyasa Flow was invented in Los Angeles!
San Francisco International Airport was the first one to have a yoga studio for travelers to practice before their flight.
