Day three - Mountain magic and movement

- Embark on a breathtaking guided hike through the Alpujarras, followed by a delicious lunch.

Day four - Endurance and harmony

All additional treatments must be booked at the time of final payment for your retreat, 30 days in advance, to secure availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, otherwise the full treatment fee will be charged.

Reaching Murchas from Granada is quick, easy, and wonderfully scenic. Simply follow the A-44 motorway toward Motril and exit at 160 (Lecrín / El Valle), then follow signs toward Murchas / Restábal / Melegís.
- Travel time: around 25–30 minutes.
Driving directions from Málaga
Driving from Málaga offers a beautiful route through Andalusia’s rolling hills. Take the A-45 north, join the A-92 toward Granada, then follow the A-44 toward Motril. Exit at 160 (Lecrín / El Valle) and follow signs to Murchas.
- Travel time: approximately 1 hour 30–40 minutes.
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at either Federico García Lorca Airport (Granada Jaén Airport) (GRX) or Málaga Airport (AGP):
From Granada Airport (GRX):
- Taxi: Approx. 110–140 EUR for the 33–37 km journey to Murchas.
- Bus: Take an ALSA bus from the airport to Granada city centre (~6 EUR), then continue by bus to the Lecrín Valley.
- Driving: Around 33 minutes; fuel cost approx. 6–9 EUR.
From Málaga Airport (AGP):
- Taxi directly to Murchas: approx. 140–180 EUR.
- Car hire: usually 25–45 EUR/day, depending on season and vehicle type.
- Bus: Take an ALSA bus from Málaga to Dúrcal (7–12 EUR), then a short taxi ride to Murchas (15–25 EUR).
Arrival by train
From Granada: While trains do not reach the Lecrín Valley, you can arrive at Granada Train Station and continue your journey with ease. A taxi will take you to Murchas in approximately 25 minutes, or you may choose to hire a car and enjoy the short drive yourself.
From Málaga: There is no direct train into the Lecrín Valley, but you may take a train from Málaga to Granada, then continue by taxi or hire car for the final short leg of the journey. This is the smoothest rail-assisted option for guests travelling via Málaga.

- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
