At retreats, Pascale leads group workshops and offers one-to-one sessions, specializing in menopause symptom relief through reflexology and providing individualized chakra balancing, energy work to foster holistic well-being.

Lourdes Bueno is a passionate sports instructor, personal trainer, and social health caregiver who discovered yoga as a pathway to inner exploration and living a more conscious, authentic life. She excels at sharing her knowledge of body awareness and mechanics, guiding individuals to integrate yoga's multifaceted benefits for physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, all from a place of self-care and pleasure. Lourdes will be supporting retreat programmes, including specialized Menopause yoga to foster conscious transition and alleviate symptoms, Fitness yoga.

Ron, an optimist and seasoned adventurer from Utrecht, Netherlands, has successfully conquered several of the world's highest peaks, including Mont Blanc, Kilimanjaro, and Aconcagua. Drawing on scientific evidence, he champions outdoor walking and hiking for its profound benefits on mental and physical well-being, highlighting its ability to boost serotonin and reduce stress. Ron's guided nature walks at Evolve empower individuals to experience increased calmness, strengthen their immune system, foster overall health, and proving that walks in nature for just 20 minutes daily yield results.

Marián is a devoted guide in singing, body expression, and profound healing, drawing from her background in acting and performing arts where authentic emotional expression brought deep transformation. Beyond theater, her expertise as a social educator has led her to impactful alternative projects like social theater, blending deep healing with social work. Marián intuitively uses voice and singing as powerful tools to connect individuals with their most primitive selves, employing voice, drumming, and other instruments in personalized sessions to help each person access their inner voice.

Imna Carmona raises awareness of women’s health during perimenopause and menopause, offering practical tips and personalized guidance to help women navigate hormonal changes. She empowers them to maintain energy, balance, and well-being through nutrition and positive lifestyle habits, while normalizing their experiences. Combining expertise with empathy, Inma provides one-to-one support and creates a safe space for women to understand and embrace their changing bodies.
