La Bohème offers eight beautifully appointed rooms, each thoughtfully designed for rest and rejuvenation. Handcrafted wardrobes and bespoke headboards bring an artisanal touch to every room. All rooms feature comfortable bedding, soft lighting, and calming décor. Each room includes a private en-suite bathroom fitted with modern fixtures. Air-conditioning ensures personalised comfort. Flat-screen TVs offer optional entertainment during your stay. Day 1: Arrival and opening
Settle in and join your welcome gathering with light refreshments. Enjoy a wholesome evening meal before an opening circle for intention setting, followed by a calming evening sound healing to promote relaxation. Your pause, your pace - the night ends with time for personal stillness.
Day 2: Expressive exploration
Begin with morning movement and breathwork and a nourishing "gut love" breakfast. Tap into your inner vision with an art for inner vision session. Enjoy a colorful, plant-based lunch and dedicated periods of personal pause (with optional one-to-one therapies). Experience a flamenco dance therapy to explore your emotions and release emotions and conclude with a soulful evening meal and quiet reflection time.
Day 3: Integration and return
Start your day with morning flow and movement meditation and a hearty "gut love" breakfast. Participate in a creative integration workshop to bring together your insights, followed by a heartfelt closing circle. Daniela's Qigong, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, offer fluid movements and breathing techniques to strengthen internal organs, improve digestion and sleep, and foster self-healing for enhanced well-being and vitality.

Lourdes Bueno is a passionate sports instructor, personal trainer, and social health caregiver who discovered yoga as a pathway to inner exploration and living a more conscious, authentic life. Driving directions from Málaga
- Driving from Málaga offers a beautiful route through Andalusia’s rolling hills.
- Take the A-45 north.
- Join the A-92 toward Granada.
- Follow the A-44 toward Motril.
- Exit at 160 (Lecrín / El Valle).
- Follow signs to Murchas.
- Travel time: approximately one hour 30 to 40 minutes
Arrival by train
There is no direct train into the Lecrín Valley, but you may take a train from Málaga to Granada, then continue by taxi or hire car for the final short leg of the journey. This is the smoothest rail-assisted option for guests travelling via Málaga.
