• 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup of Golden flax seeds (grinded)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of organic maple syrup


  1. Peel and and slice the bananas
  2. Pour all the ingredients in the food processor bowl
  3. Mix until smooth
  4. Spread onto a lined dehydrator tray
  5. Dehydrate at 105°F for 3 - 4 hours until dry
  6. Serve with mash bananas and fruits
