You will stay at Mantra Yoga & Meditation's beautiful ashram lodges with an amazing view of mountains in near Dal Lake, India. The rooms provided are sharing rooms with attached bathroom, clean comfortable bedding, hot shower, free Wi-Fi accessible rooms, and filtered drinking water. Laundry service is also available (pay per cloth).


This Himalayan yoga retreat, which starts every Monday, focuses on Hatha yoga classic asanas, profound meditative techniques, and inspiring discussions on yoga philosophy. Your stay at well managed spacious rooms, overlooking mountains and valley, comes with three meals per day.

Your exploring spirit is well taken care of with the treks and tours to different monasteries and temples near Dharamshala. Nature walks are an intrinsic part of the meditation and yoga retreat in India. This retreat is ideal for those who are looking forward to spending some Ashram living time in beautiful mountains looking after their body and mind.
