Yoga asanas practice

Yoga poses also purify and help to heal the body, as well as control, calm, and focus the mind. Yoga asanas will be practised daily two times a day. Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga is practised during the yoga classes.

Yoga philosophy

Yoga philosophy is one of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism. Ancient, medieval, and most modern literature often refers to the yoga school of Hinduism simply as yoga. This yoga retreat includes basic yoga philosophy sessions that provide knowledge about the origin of yoga.
