During the course, you will be staying at Yoganandham (A School for Yoga Learning). The school has a yoga studio, a dining area, a reception, and a wonderful garden surrounded by mountains. Yoganandham Yoga School offers single and double rooms based on the student’s requirements.
Every room has an attached bathroom with a western toilet and hot shower and a cozy seating area provides picturesque views. The rooms for the yogis are well-maintained and clean. They offer bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, a blanket, and toiletries. High-speed Wi-Fi is activated in all property which will keep you connected.
Yoganandham Rishikesh is located in the lap of nature, offering a connection to the nature with Luxurious accommodation. Program
Yoga philosophy retreat is a nine-day program which satisfies all the need for knowledge and information about yoga. This retreat is designed to assist the students of yoga. It will help you to understand and experience the deeper layers of your personality. The course mainly includes daily yoga philosophy classes to increase your awareness and knowledge about yoga tradition. You will be guided through a very basic level of yoga pranayama practice to increase the oxygen level in the body which will help you to relax mentally.
The retreat also includes an outing to nearby location so that you can feel free and enjoy the time completely. Apart from the yoga asana, pranayama (the understanding and regulating of your breath), and meditation, you will also learn the basic concept of yoga and the lifestyle. It will teach you to integrate your body, mind, and souls for a complete living.

Shatkarma
The shatkarmas consist of six groups of purification practices. The aim of Hatha yoga of the shatkarmas is to create harmony between the two major pranic flows, ida and pingala, thereby attaining physical and mental purification and balance.
Yoga asanas practice
Yoga poses also purify and help to heal the body, as well as control, calm, and focus the mind. Yoga asanas will be practiced daily two times a day. Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga are practiced during the yoga classes.
Yoga philosophy
Yoga philosophy is one of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism. Ancient, medieval, and most modern literature often refers to the yoga school of Hinduism simply as yoga. This yoga retreat includes basic yoga philosophy sessions that provide knowledge about the origin of yoga.
Pranayama and meditation
Pranayama and meditation session is very helpful for practitioners to get inner peace in life. Everyone is so busy and they feel there is no time to stop and meditate. But, meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused.

Yogacharya Manish Arora is a founder of Yoganandham (A School of Yoga Learning). He is well known and loved for the classes he teaches such as yoga philosophy, Hatha yoga, and teaching methodology sessions for yoga teacher training students. His aim is to teach ancient and authentic teaching methods of yoga practice in the traditional yoga styles which bring the essence of mastery. Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Afterwards, book a domestic flight from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Dehradun Airport (DED). There are daily domestic flights into Dehradun Airport (DED) from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Yoganandham is 35 kilometres away from Dehradun Airport (DED) by road. You can take a prepaid cab from outside the airport or contact Yoganandham for airport pickup facility at extra cost.
Arrival by bus
Rishikesh bus station is located five kilometres from Yoganandham. The bus for Rishikesh leaves from Haridwar every hour. You Can then contact the school and we will arrange pickup for you from Bus Stand.
Arrival by train
Please book your railway tickets to arrive at Haridwar Junction railway station. Haridwar is directly connected by rail to all main cities in India. When you reach Haridwar, buy a prepaid taxi from the stand at the entrance to the station. This will save you the trouble of negotiating a price with the driver.
The bus station is situated across the street, where there is regular service to Rishikesh bus stand, which is 25 kilometres away from Yoganandham. You are advised to book rail tickets as soon as possible. Trains are usually fully booked near the time of travel.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
