What is Yin yoga?

Yin yoga originates from the Taoist principle of Yin and Yang, two completely opposite natures complementary to each other. In this form of yoga, asanas are combined with pranayama and meditation with passive relaxation along with deep opening. From Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), another good option is to travel by train. You can reach the train station by car. Then, you can take the train to Haridwar. From Haridwar, you will reach Rishikesh by taxi.
