Vala House has six wonderful rooms, each containing either a queen or king-sized bed; four of which have en-suite bathrooms. Simply come and enjoy this incredible, enriching, and magical space. All guests have access to all facilities. Bathrooms are shared and ablutions. Their beautiful, expansive garden provides the ideal backdrop for a relaxing getaway filled with yoga and a variety of creative and healing activities.

Instructors
Peter Townshend
Peter is the founder of Vala House and a registered 500RYT with Yoga Alliance. Peter teaches Classical yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha yoga principles for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. His teaching is rooted in both the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Swami Sivananda. His specific concentration is on yoga Nidra as taught by by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Peter is also a registered RTT therapist, breathwork counsellor and life coach.
