TK Yoga Retreat student requirements

  • You will already be a practicing yogi, with at least two years of regular attendance and yoga practice.
  • You will be happy to share space and time with the other students in harmony.
  • You will be expected to be 'on time' during practice sessions and teachings.
  • You will have organized your insurance cover as a practicing student yoga teacher.
  • You will be free to choose your own healthy options regarding meals, preferably vegetarian.
  • You will be open and accepting of others opinions and willing to learn.

Your teachers Tina Brewer and Keely Warren

Tina Brewer and Keely Warren are mother and daughter. Together, they have created TK Yoga Retreat and Holistics.

Tina and Keely have worked together and independently for the last twenty-two years. Both have many qualifications between them in every subject that they teach and pride themselves on creating an easy friendly learning facility.

Tina started her journey over 35 years ago in esoterics and has continued to explore and teach around the world. She also teaches at the TK Retreat Venue in France during the summer months, while Keely started her journey over 20 years ago, and now runs the busy clinic and day-to-day admin at the business premises in Framlingham, Suffolk, UK.

Both Tina and Keely come together regularly for training both at the UK premises and in France.

TK Yoga Retreat believes that training courses should be available to everyone and that enlightenment and passion are ignited when we engage with our true souls' needs.

Note: TK Yoga Retreat aims to take only six to eight students maximum per training. TK Yoga Retreat understands the trust their students have in them, an accredited and approved training academy, and in return, TK Yoga Retreat offers ongoing support to their graduated students in their new journey onward.

TK Yoga Retreat's training clinic is situated in the center of Framlingham, Suffolk, an area steeped in history and beauty. Framlingham Castle is close by and has a very beautiful surrounding area in which to rest peacefully, meditate, or walk during free time. Framlingham has everything you need to enjoy your time with TK Yoga Retreat. There are nice restaurants and bistros, a supermarket, a library, a bank, and nearby post office. Framlingham also has the well-renown and sought after college where students attend from all over the world. The college pool and gym are open to the public.
