Retreat location

A calm and tranquil oasis set in the lush hills surrounding the Lake, only a 5-7 minute taxi or 35 minute walk from Central Lakeside. The centre itself offers panoramic views of the lake, where you can watch the sky with eagles, parrots and paragliders gently making their descent, all under the eye of the Shanti Stupa, or Peace Pagoda facing the centre on the opposite side of the Lake. In the morning you can go for an optional hike to explore the stunning natural scenery surrounding the retreat, including walking through rice fields, forest paths and up stone steps where you can experience colorful wildlife, friendly villagers and breath-taking viewpoints.
