Shree Hari Yoga-provided accommodation is uncomplicated yet cozy, ensuring comfort and cleanliness while being conveniently located near the school. Teaching practice, methodology and technique
Teaching practice in yoga
Therapy training focuses on applying yoga Therapy techniques for body system disorders and diseases while exploring yoga's role in therapeutic settings. You'll incorporate pranayama, mudras, and bandhas into therapy sessions, along with meditation and yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and healing. Additionally, you'll learn the principles of yoga Therapy, understand ethical considerations, and maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
Teaching begins on day 5 with asana classes, and you’ll progressively lead longer sessions, up to 45-90 minutes. You’ll receive feedback from peers and teachers on adjustments, voice projection, class management, and teaching styles.
The course includes instruction on planning and structuring classes, demonstration, observation, assisting, and correcting. You’ll also cover injury management, safety, class presence, and the business side of yoga. By the end, you’ll be prepared to teach yoga Therapy, Hatha and Yin yoga confidently, with skills in modifications, advanced postures, and props. The program features posture clinics and themed workshops on topics like hip opening, inversions, and arm balances.

Shree Hari Singh Pawali (Shree Hari)
Guru Hari was raised by a Nepalese father and Indian mother in a cross-cultural context near Rishikesh. From an early age, Hari rejoiced in and sung mantra. Presently, Guru Hari teaches traditional Hatha yoga combined with classical knowledge, experiential understanding, and wisdom, as well as a modern outlook. This style of yoga teaching by Guru Hari is essentially a Nath lineage tradition. Guru Hari is also a chef of Ayurvedic food which is known in yogi terminology as sattvic food.
Gonull Deveciouglu
For five years, Gonul Deveciouglu immersed herself in yoga, finding solace and growth in its practice. She has delved into its physical and spiritual aspects, complementing her journey with studies in hypnotic therapy, energy, holistic, and aura education. Two years ago, she joined Shree Hari Yoga School, where she now teaches and manages. Specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Aerial yoga, she guides students toward self-discovery and inner peace. With each breath, she embodies yoga's essence, inspiring others on their paths to wellness and self-realization.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Dharamshala Gaggal Airport (DHM), which is about 12 kilometers south from Dharamshala and about 10 kilometers north of Kangra, Himachal Pradesh town. Other airports are Chandigarh International Airport (IXC) and Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).
If you require airport pickup, please inform Shree Hari Yoga one day prior.
Arrival by train
To reach Dharamshala by train, one has to reach Kangra, Himachal Pradesh town by Kangra Valley Railway line from Pathankot, which is 94 kilometers away and then take a bus or a taxi. Pathankot is a broad gauge railway head. There is another railway line from Pathankot to Jogindernagar, a part of the Mandi District of Himachal Pradesh, which is a narrow-gauge line. The nearest station to Dharamshala on this line is Chamunda Marg, half an hour away, where a Shaktipitha is; the town is well connected by road to other parts of the country.
