Yoga
During this retreat, two yoga classes will be offered each day! There will be two dynamic daily practices: a morning Ashtanga Yoga practice and an evening Hatha yoga class. Yoga sessions will take place in a dedicated light and spacious Yoga hall with all required equipment. The variety of classes, teachers, and styles of yoga on offer means that this retreat is suitable for all yogis, young and old, complete beginner or seasoned practitioners!

Instructors
Yogi Chetan Mahesh Ji
Yogi Chetan Mahesh Ji was born in a Vedic family where all the members used to chant Vedic mantras and practice yoga daily. In 1984, he became the champion of yoga sports in Haryana Province. In college, he studied the bio-science stream with yoga as an optional subject and also the master of education which gives him an upper hand while teaching and explaining yoga anatomy and physiology. He finished a Master of Science degree in yoga in 2003 and engaged in imparting yoga teacher training. He became the founder secretary of the Association for Yoga and Meditation in 2005.
Yogacharya Mahesh Bhatt
Yogacharya Mahesh Bhatt has done a P.G. Diploma and Master in Yogic Sciences. He was awarded a Gold medal due to his excellent academic performance. He is currently teaching Yoga Therapy along with Ayurveda and Philosophy.
Jayakumaran Annasamy
Jayakumaran began his yogic journey in 2007. He emphasized on becoming a yoga master focusing on spiritual yoga, yoga precision, and alignment. He then met Parveen Nair to guide him further on Iyengar Yoga and became his student. He studied 3 years Iyengar yoga method and also attended many yoga workshops which were run by Parveen Nair and Rina Ortiz which enhanced his knowledge and practice.
