Reset Wellness Experience in Mexico

A gentle retreat designed for simplicity, rest, and reconnection. Stay and Morning Yoga is the lighter version of the Casa Alma experience, created for travelers who want to slow down, practice yoga, and enjoy the freedom of their day. Casa Alma is an open house surrounded by nature, offering a living space where you can breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself through morning yoga and a natural, mindful rhythm. Nothing is rigid — the flow adapts entirely to your presence and your energy of the moment. You can rest, walk to the beach, explore the village, read, meditate, or simply enjoy the natural vibration of the house. Stay and Morning Yoga is an invitation to slow down and reconnect — without structure, without pressure, only the essential: a place to breathe and return to yourself.

Instructions will be offered in English, French, and/or Spanish.

Program

Casa Alma offers a simple yet vibrant experience, along with a moment of self-reconnection. This program is designed to give you a one-day escape in Sayulita and allow you to experience the energy of the place.

The main activity — a yoga practice or a personalized energy healing session — lasts about two hours.

The rest of the day is completely free: you may stay to relax, read, explore Sayulita, or simply enjoy the spaces of the house.

Energy healing and complementary experiences (Reiki, Pandora, Temazcal, etc.) can be scheduled upon arrival, depending on the energy of the moment. The stay can be extended day by day, depending on your needs and availability.
