Accommodation
Rooms are double cabins on a sailing boat. Cabins are on a twin-share basis, or a private double cabin is available. If you are a solo traveler, you will be paired with another solo traveler in the same cabin. The beds are double.
Room options:
- Forward Cabin
These cabins are situated on the front part of the catamaran. It has a good-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a separate WC and shower.
- Master Cabin
These cabins are situated on the rear part of the catamaran. The aft/master cabins are slightly larger and offer more cabin space, a large en-suite with a separate WC and shower.

- Hire a scooter or a car and explore the island of Salina

There are plenty of hidden gems on the journey and Yoga Sailing Holiday promises, that the trip will be like nothing you’ve ever done before. This Sicily itinerary is like no other; you will have the choice of sessions at various times of the day, including sunrise meditation and morning yoga.
You will be in a bay or port in time to explore the islands by foot or scooter and there’s always time for a glass of wine, swimming, and mouth-watering local fresh fish and grilled vegetables.
Itinerary:
Embarkation and Day 1: Vulcano
Check-in at 5 pm. The crew will be greeting you with a bottle of bubbly as you get settled down on the boat. The Yoga Sailing Holidays welcomes you on the boat and makes you comfortable before setting sail in the afternoon.
Sit back on deck and relax as you sail towards the first destination, Vulcano. Well known for its sulfur-rich mud baths and visibly smoking crater, Vulcano makes an indelible first impression. Relax on the black sand beaches or enjoy a therapeutic mud bath before enjoying your first Italian meal for dinner.
Day 2: Panarea
Today, the Yoga Sailing Holiday makes its way to the most beautiful of the Aeolian Islands, Panarea. Expect delicious seafood and boutique shopping.
A short ride away is Cala Junco, a beautiful secluded bay, and nearby Lisca Bianca’s offers hidden coves and bubbling sea springs you can explore. Tonight is also the perfect setting for sunset cocktails.
Day 3: Stromboli
Enjoy a memorable sunrise as you watch lava bubbles from an active volcano, Stromboli. Today Yoga Sailing Holiday sail to Salina, a fertile island famous for the production of the local sweet wine Malvasia.
Spend the day venturing around the town and the lush landscape before a sunset dinner admiring the view towards the smoldering Stromboli volcano.
Day 4: Salina
Today Yoga Sailing Holiday will sail to one of the most isolated of the islands, Filicudi, well known for its wild natural beauty, untouched sea grottos, and ancient pathways.
Explore an extinct Aeolian volcano before a swim in crystal clear waters. The rocky shores are a beachcomber’s dream and an incredible spot to spend a tranquil night under the stars.
Day 5: Filicudi
With its rugged coastline, crystal-clear waters, and scenic hiking trails, the island offers a perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure.
Filicudi's serene atmosphere, charming fishing villages, and rich Mediterranean flora make it a hidden gem in the Mediterranean, beckoning travelers to explore its untouched landscapes and immerse themselves in its unique island culture.
Day 6: Lipari
Depart Panarea in the morning, heading towards Lipari. Stop for lunch and a swim break at one of the small islands along the way. Spend the day exploring Lipari, either by foot or by renting a scooter or bike.
Day 7: Potarosa
You'll enjoy a delicious breakfast and morning swim before slowly journeying back to the port where you started the trip. Stopping along the way at some beautiful off-the-beaten-track bays, the Yoga Sailing Holiday makes sure you soak it all in. Once you arrive back, spend the evening on the beach or by the pool before settling in for a final night on your catamaran.
Disembarkation and Day 8: Portarosa
Check out at 08:00 a.m. Sadly it is time to say goodbye, until next time.

Instructors
Sandrine Kamhi
Sandrine's yoga journey began in Geneva in 2002 while working as a children’s rights consultant. Yoga quickly became her life, leading her to teaching in 2009. With extensive training in various styles, including Vinyasa, Anusara, Ashtanga, and Jivamukti, she brings a warm and positive energy to her international classes, workshops, and retreats. Currently based at State of Yoga studio in Miami Beach, Sandrine's playful and uplifting classes aim to empower students at every level.
