Retreat location

The location is surrounding by nature, there is no traffic or crowded sound nearby. So you can learn Yoga like an ancient way where students learn yoga between Nature to go deeper in Yog.

From our location, Rishikesh is just 28 kilometers where you can local things like- Ram Jhula, Laxman Jula, Parmarth Niketan, waterfall, etc.

There is a lot of things we can do near our location like - Tracking, Hindi Temple visit, Aisa's largest Water Dam visit, etc.

Food

During this training, you will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Daily nutritious vegetarian meals and drinks for 23 days, all the foods come from the local farming area and from the Himalayas (no pesticides or any kind of chemicals). There is no EGG in the whole course (Vama Yog also considers egg in non-vegetarian).

This TTC is going to held in Rishikesh, India which is also known as the "Yoga Capital of the World". Other than this reality, it is additionally known for its relieving atmosphere which pulls in religious and spiritual searchers from the world. The old caves of the Himalayas, the holy Ganges river, temples, ashrams, and a few different spots in regards to Indian practices are the main attraction in Rishikesh.

With the majority of this, experience sports like Rafting, mountaineering, bungee jumping, rock climbing, paragliding, flying fox, wilderness safari and camping in Rishikesh, and more. Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). You can take the taxi from Delhi Airport(DEL) towards Rishikesh (248kilometers/six hours journey) or book the flight towards Jolly Grant airport (DED), from there Vama Yog can pick up you.
