One day in India she decided to dedicate her life fully to yoga and to leave her "old" life behind. She fell in love with yoga in 2012 when she was attending her first yoga class and it changed her life for good. Not only did she find her practice of balancing her body and mind, but she also discovered herself and her passion for teaching yoga.

He will unlock that super-human potential you all have, through some of the simplest techniques described in the different yoga modalities. Breathwork, Yin, and a strong Hatha practice keep balance.
