Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as 300-hour Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). Students will get one more certificate by the Indian Society Govt.

This 300-hour yoga teacher training course by Rishikesh Adiyogi is for people who have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and is also for people who are RYT 200. Yoga is like an ocean; the deeper you get into it, the more enlightened you become. The entire syllabus of the course is created on the basis of what you have learned in the 200-hour course. Anoop Purohit
Anoop started his yogic life in the year 2004, and soon found himself as an aspiring yoga teacher. He has taught in different yoga teacher training centers in Rishikesh since the start of his career. In the year 2012, he traveled to China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Russia, and Europe and stayed overseas for 5 years as an Advanced Yoga Teacher with different centers, especially in terms of postural alignment and the use of props to support key postures in the practice. In 2017, he decided to come back to his hometown and open his own yoga school.

Amdhan has been teaching for more than 7 years. The styles he is adept at are Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Power yoga, traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and Kriya yoga. He is also knowledgeable at pranayama and meditation, as well as alignment, methodology, and adjustments and variations for Ashtanga 1, 2 and 3 series, and Hatha yoga like mostly of all the asanas. He also offers special classes for hip opening, back bending, and arm balancing.

Driving directions from Delhi
Take the NH 44 from Delhi and drive towards Meerut.
- Continue on NH 44.
- Drive past Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee, and Haridwar.
- After crossing Haridwar, take the left turn from the bridge to enter Rishikesh.
- Drive straight on the road through Rishikesh town.
- After driving for about 3 kilometers, take the right turn from the Tapovan Circle towards the Tapovan area.
- Continue straight on the road, and you will reach Tapovan, Rishikesh.
The total distance between Delhi and Tapovan, Rishikesh is around 240 kilometers, and it takes approximately five to six hours to cover the distance by car, depending on the traffic conditions. It is advisable to travel early in the morning to avoid heavy traffic on the way.
