A picturesque resort with comfortable accommodation
Patara Prince is a charming, rustic, privately-owned resort hotel nestled into the coast just across Kalkan bay. You will fall in love with its natural stone, abundant greenery, and character-filled winding pathways. It is far enough from the town to enjoy serenity and peace, but just a 15-minute walk or short boat ride for explorers.
The vibe is mellow and comfortable, intimate yet spacious with plenty of areas in which to lose yourself and enjoy those much-needed quiet moments and ‘you time’. You will have full use of the facilities, including two salt-water, ocean-view pools and tennis courts. Your en suite room with a sea view will be situated in the main hotel, furnished in a traditional style.
Patara Prince Resort is set into the hillside of Kalkan Bay, which means fabulous views and pretty terraces - and a fair amount of steps, which is great for fitness! However, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Lifts are available, but wheelchair access will be tricky in places.
You will be accommodated in an en-suite room with a partial sea view. A shared room is also available.

Each day of REVIVE & THRIVE builds on the next, creating a nourishing rhythm of movement, reflection, rest and connection.
Through gentle practices, illuminating workshops and meaningful conversations, you’ll be guided on a journey to support harmony, ease and confidence in your body and in your relationship with food - during the retreat and beyond.
The chakra system (the body’s major energy map governing the flow of life force) forms the foundation of the retreat programme. Throughout the week, you’ll become familiar with each chakra and learn how to rebalance your energy to promote wellbeing and vitality.
You’ll have continual access to Emily and Sarah’s kind, friendly support, and receive a beautifully designed printed workbook - your personal companion for the retreat. Inside you’ll find Intuitive Eating and Energy Medicine practices, chakra insights, and journalling space to support your reflections and growth.
A post-retreat online workshop will be offered four weeks later - a chance to reconnect and sustain your momentum at home.
Daily Energy Medicine Yoga ®, gentle, restorative, and designed for all abilities
Designed for all abilities, these gentle, restorative practices are a magical union of yoga and energy medicine that teach you how to feel and support the flow of energy, both within and around your body.
By combining simple movements that help the body to release tension, self-regulate, energise and move with more ease, Energy Medicine Yoga amplifies the benefits of a traditional practice.
You will also learn to connect with your Chakra energy system to enhance your relaxation, health and happiness. When you work with your chakras, you have the ability to release old patterns and stories, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and with a deeper connection to who you are.
Restoring your sense of balance and flow, you will find the daily yoga sessions to be a deeply nourishing experience for mind, body, and soul.
Daily Energy & Intuitive Eating Workshops
Illuminating and gently transformative, these group sessions offer a chance to step away from external pressures and any lingering old food rules - and discover how to reconnect with your own inner wisdom around your body and eating.
Whether you’re someone who struggles in this area of life, or simply want to elevate your approach to nourishment, deepen your self-care and feel more connected to yourself, these workshops offer a relaxed, supportive space to explore and grow.
Through a blend of compassionate education, personal reflection and guided journalling in your retreat workbook, you’ll explore how your body's energy patterns influence your eating habits, stress responses and capacity for nourishment.
As well as looking at some of the deeper forces that shape how we eat, you will gain practical, ‘non-diet’ tools to support more ease, balance and self-trust with food.
Held in a beautiful open-air stone sanctuary, each workshop invites insight, connection and space to reset. You will leave feeling clearer, more grounded and inspired to take gentle steps towards lasting, meaningful change in your approach to nourishing and caring for your body.

Emily believes that yoga exists to help people heal and nurture themselves. Using Energy Medicine Yoga®, she teaches her clients how to speak their body's language - energy! When you can speak your body’s language, you can manifest anything, heal, and empower yourself. It’s magical and a fascinating modality. Energy medicine is profoundly rewarding if you’re looking for more from your yoga practice. Emily is an enthusiastic teacher, who brings passion and curiosity to all that she does. Her voice is soothing and her yoga has been described as a balm for the soul.
Sarah Grant
Sarah Grant is a BANT Registered Nutritionist & Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. She has more than ten years' experience in the field, and is passionate about helping people to reconnect with their health and energy in intuitive, sustainable ways that value both physical and emotional wellbeing - free of diet culture, restrictive food rules and nutrition overwhelm.

Enjoy locally sourced, plant-powered Turkish meals, designed to support your energy and wellbeing. Vegans and vegetarians will be well catered for.
Each year, Prittie Yoga works with Patara’s chefs who curate a bespoke menu for the group, that includes some traditional dishes handed down through generations.
Breakfasts are Turkish ‘buffet’ style including salads, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, olives, cheese, breads, tahini, oats, yoghurts and fruits.
Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for - please advise of dietary requirements when you book your place.

Arrival by car
By road, the journey to Kalkan is a scenic 1 hour and 30 minutes, and on request, they can help you arrange a transfer (approximately 65 GBP for 1-3 people) or provide details of their recommended travel company. Antalya airport is 3 3-hour drive from Kalkan and also worth considering (transfer for approximately 100 GBP for 1-3 people). Additional nights at Patara can be accommodated if that is helpful to your travel plans.
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Dalaman Airport (DLM). Your flights and transfers are not included. Sarah and Emily recommend that you fly to the nearest airport, which is Dalaman, for which there are plenty of direct flights. Whilst finding a suitable flight is your responsibility, Sarah and Emily can make suggestions, so feel free to discuss your options with them.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 28 days before arrival.
