                Amazing

                This training was just what I was looking for, Patricia (Padma) is a very knowledgeable teacher. This course had all the aspects I wanted to learn about, Shakti dance, yoga dance flows, chakra balancing dance, we also learnt meditations, mudras and mantras and this training gave me a deep opportunity to connect with the goddess which was an invaluable aspect of my spiritual evolution. As well as connecting to my feminine, which was so much more needed than I realised. It was so important for my own awareness and growth as well as improving my skills as a teacher. Thank you Padma for putting this training together and being an amazing teacher, helping us on our journey, answering all of our questions. This was a small group so we had so much value from this training
