What you will gain

During the retreat, you will receive a wealth of knowledge about mental health, mindfulness, the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, meditation, and yoga Nidra. You will be taught how to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday life and live your life more mindfully, in peace and contentment. Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) tapping

This is a therapeutic method that combines acupressure with cognitive processing. By gently tapping on specific meridian points, practitioners aim to address unresolved emotions and alleviate psychological distress. This technique, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern psychology, is believed to facilitate the release of emotional blockages and restore balance to the body’s energy system. On the first day of the retreat, Om & Flow Yoga will be picking up all of the guests in Tahiti and heading to the retreat center together. On the last day, you will be dropped off in Tahiti in the afternoon.
