Program
Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person to bring them into a state of harmony and health. Sound healing India can be transmitted to a person in several ways: Through using their voice, and through using their voice with other voices. Through using their voice while listening to music, through listening to another person’s voice or several voices, through listening to an instrument or instruments, through listening to music or sound through a loudspeaker, or headphones.
Today’s medicine employs the use of sound waves (singing bowls) to shatter kidney and gallstones in the body. The device employed is referred to as a lithotripter. The machine applies a certain frequency of sound to the stones for one or two hours. The patient is hospitalized during morning hours and goes home in the evening. In most cases, no anesthesia is required. With the majority of patients, there is a need for only one treatment to shatter the stones. The ground stone is excreted from the body in the urine.
Each organ, each bone, each cell of the body has a resonant frequency. Combined, they form an overall frequency, such as the individual instruments of an orchestra. If one organ in the body is not in tune, it will be out of tune for the entire body. With the power of resonance, it is achievable that with the application of sound, one can restore harmony in the body and thus eliminate the use of drugs or surgery.
In this holistic yoga and sound healing session, TTC, you will be learning about rhythm, cycles, different frequencies, colors and sounds, and much more. This is an integrative sound therapy training bringing ancient wisdom and backed by science to effectively use the techniques for healing.
The frequencies emitted by singing bowls are often correlated with the frequencies associated with the body’s chakras. Chakras are believed to be energy centers within the body, and each chakra is associated with a specific frequency, note, color, and sound. When a singing bowl’s frequency aligns with a chakra’s frequency, it is believed to help balance and harmonize that energy center.

Sound as a healing therapy has its scientific branch. This is called psychoacoustics.
Yogis believe that sound is the first manifestation of unmanifest existence. Sound is said to be the universe’s heartbeat. Thus, mantras facilitate the experience of silence and space.
