Program overview
In this 100-hour certified yoga teacher training program, you will get the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Mantra meditation, Yoga Nidra, Vipassana meditation, Kundalini meditation, Sufi breathing, pranayama, dance celebration, and more! Most importantly, you can improve your communication skill to become an insightful Yoga teacher and learn how to run your own Yoga workshop.
What makes this program one of a kind
- Using mantras, sounds with the rhythm for meditation, is the most ancient and effective tool. Mantra provides us a crystallized state of mind and the state of beyond mind, into the state of true being.
- The power of Mantra yoga lies in the way you control the flow of energy through the various organs. You will see this in the program as one way to improve the favorable effects of meditation. When you meditate, you open the energy channels, starting from the base chakra located at the base of our spine.
- Each of the chants is associated with a specific organ. One mantra we use is the all-powerful AUM sound. This mantra sounds like the bees and it raises the inner base chakra by stirring it.
- Unlike Yoga Nidra where you can achieve samadhi or total peace in all the organs of the body, here we stimulate them so the metabolic activities become augmented. This is found in Nyasa, where Sanskrit mantras remain placed in specific organs of the body. By stimulating specific organs, you can get rid of ailments and cure infections.
- The other big advantage of using mantras is that you become free of repetitive thought. Through deep meditation, you can go behind the thought and understand why and how you get it in the first place. The emotional upheaval we experience comes from negative thoughts like pride, greed and anger. But, they last only for 90 seconds at a time. When you chant a mantra, you are voiding the mind for that crucial period when you suffer an emotional disturbance. This helps block the drain of energy.
Know Yoga Nidra - a specific form of meditation
Yoga Nidra is a guided yoga technique that helps and directs you in conscious state of sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of existence of the yogi during the Yoga which goes from wakefulness to sleep and then comes back to wakefulness. It highlights the presence of stages of transitions associated with different states of the mind. Shortly, you can say this is the state of conscious sleep. It is the easiest and most effective Yoga to purify the black edge of our unconscious mind.

Organic slow food dining comprises mostly in-house fresh foods low in fats and calories with an emphasis on whole grains, fresh fruits, lean proteins, and free of artificial colors and flavors.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). From there, you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED). From there, we provide free pick up, a 40 minute taxi ride to the MOKSHA YOGSHALA. They can also organize a taxi from Delhi at the seasonal rate of about 5,000 INT to 6,000 INR. The drive to Moksha school is about 5 hours
Arrival by bus
From the Delhi airport, get a taxi to Delhi bus station from where you can get a government or private transportation to Rishikesh. Upon arrival at the Rishikesh bus station, you can take a taxi or rickshaw to the school.
Arrival by train
The nearest railway station is Haridwar train station. From there, you will find many buses, taxis, and other transportation services that will bring you to Rishikesh. If you would like the MOKSHA YOGSHALA to arrange a taxi, please contact them one week before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
