Instructors
Manatsavinee Gestin
Manatsavinee started practicing yoga in 2008 in Phuket and continued at Ananda Studio in Chiang Mai. What she loves about yoga is that there are so many different approaches, and as you go through your life cycles, you can find a practice that suits you. For her, yoga poses as such are not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on her hands is not the goal either. The goal is serenity, balance, and finding true peace of mind. She is easy-going like all Thais. Friendly, approachable, and always ready for a laugh.
