This is a three-day countryside program by the ocean with good food and live music. A weekend filled with warmth, fellowship, adventure, and good food. Instructions will be offered in English and/or Swedish.

Accommodation
Bring your own tent or sleep in a cabin with other participants. Please bring your own sheets. There are six to eight people in a large cabin or house and two to four people per room. There are three bedrooms.
Program
This weekend retreat will offer several different yoga meditation sessions, beautiful nature, a vegan cooking class with wild plants, riding on Icelandic horses, live music, maybe a dip in the ocean, laughter, reflection, a warming fire, and probably some sore muscles. Your yoga meditation classes will be guided by Rebecka Magnusson, an experienced yoga teacher who has taught for over 15 years. Liv och Lotus has nice, well-trained Icelandic horses coached by the experienced and knowledgeable Camilla Persson.
Your wild plant cooking course over an open fire will be guided by Camilla. There is a music and drum circle that we create together. On Saturday, we will divide the rides into two groups to get as much out of it as possible.

- 17:00 Wild plants cooking class
- 19:30 Three-course dinner of the food you cooked together, maybe a glass of wine
- 21:00 Drums and music around the campfire

Instructors
Rebecka Magnusson
Rebecka live her passion, traveling and teaching yoga. she is an educated Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga teacher. She has over ten years of experience and has been teaching yoga since 2007. Rebecka has completed her 500RYT in Rishikesh India, and above that a Rocket TT (100h) which is a mix of Ashtanga yoga's first three series. She is also educated in Yinyoga, chakrayoga, ayurveda and is a great massage therapist. Her mission is to challenge he participants and make them trust them self to dare, relax and let go. She i teaching with warmness and humor.
Camilla Persson
Camilla runs the farm Fornhaga and likes to do various events with her Icelandic horses. She has her own breeding and trains her young horses in its various gaits. Camilla holds various camps,retreats, tour rides. She experiences a great joy in seeing children, young and adults get immerced with her horses. Camilla is also passionate about various challenges and has learned to ride with a lance and shoot an arrow from the horse's back. With these skills Camilla has been in historical acting shows. Camilla is also a trained educator and has run several different companies.
Retreat location
You will be staying at Fornhaga farm which is located in Sandviken-Blekinge. Fornhaga is a cozy countryside retreat. The farm is neighbor the sea. Fornhaga islandshästar is a farm with historical origins in Sandviken, a little outside of Sölvesborg town. Sandviken is located just outside Listerlandet and has pebble ridges, and white, lovely stretches of sandy beaches, surrounded by pine and beech woods. Here you may bask in the sun, go swimming, kitesurfing, take a walk, or pursue other recreations. To Fornhaga, you can come on various adventures, camps, day trips, and farm rides.
