What is Singing Bowl Healing?
Singing bowl healing, also known as sound healing or a sound bath, is an ancient practice that uses the vibrations and sounds of metallic or crystal bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Singing bowl healing or sound healing is a popular practice in Nada Yoga, where specific sound frequencies are used to encourage well-being. Sound healers use Tibetan Healing Bowls, which were once used in spiritual and healing ceremonies conducted by monks in Nepal and Tibet. The process of sound healing therapy involves transmitting sounds to a person through various methods, such as using another’s voice, having the person use their own voice, or listening to music or an instrument. This process can promote a state of harmony and health in both the mind and body.
Why Choose This Training?
This singing bowl training provides valuable skills for personal well-being and professional sound healing practice. It offers a unique path to holistic wellness and stress reduction through the transformative power of sound and vibration. The course includes a one-hour Ayurvedic massage, a temple tour, accommodation, and vegetarian meals. All instructors are highly professional and certified by Yoga Alliance.
Sound vibrations impact the nervous system, inducing deep relaxation and reducing stress or pain responses. This training ensures confidence in offering healing sessions using sound and vibration. Comprehensive course materials cover both theory and hands-on practice. At the end of the course, students receive a globally recognized certificate, allowing them to teach others.
