Instructors
Lia Alba Ikkos Serrano
Lia Alba Ikkos Serrano is the founder and lead facilitator of the project. With a background in creative production and extensive training in emotional release, somatic awareness, and embodied practices, Lia brings a rare blend of artistic sensitivity and psychological depth to her work. Her approach is subtle, non-performative, and deeply respectful of personal boundaries. Rather than leading through instruction alone, she creates environments where participants feel safe enough to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their emotional and physical intelligence at their own pace.
Retreat location
The retreat takes place in a secluded area of Mykonos, chosen for its tranquility, privacy, and uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Set above the coastline, the location benefits from exceptional natural light, open horizons, and one of the island’s most pleasant microclimates. The gentle Cycladic Meltemi breeze keeps the atmosphere fresh and comfortable throughout the day, even during the warmer months.
Surrounded by open nature and silence, the setting offers a rare sense of calm while remaining within convenient distance of Mykonos’ best beaches, hidden coves, and select local dining spots. This location was selected not for nightlife or visibility, but for its ability to support deep rest, privacy, and reconnection in harmony with the island’s natural beauty.
Food
All meals are thoughtfully designed around individual preferences, dietary needs, and personal rhythms. Menus are customized in advance and can be adjusted throughout the retreat to ensure comfort, enjoyment, and nourishment.
Breakfasts are served at the villa and prepared using high-quality, organic ingredients. Guests can expect a variety of options, including light, energizing choices as well as more substantial selections, depending on personal preference.
Lunches are intentionally organized off-site at carefully selected, off-grid Mediterranean tavernas and local dining spots. These venues are chosen for their authenticity, calm atmosphere, and variety of menu options, allowing guests to enjoy fresh, seasonal cuisine in a relaxed, natural setting.
Snacks, detox juices, coffee, tea, water, and selected beverages are available throughout the day. Alcoholic beverages are offered in moderation for guests who wish to enjoy them.
