Lia Alba Ikkos Serrano is the founder and lead facilitator of the project. With a background in creative production and extensive training in emotional release, somatic awareness, and embodied practices, Lia brings a rare blend of artistic sensitivity and psychological depth to her work. Her approach is subtle, non-performative, and deeply respectful of personal boundaries. Rather than leading through instruction alone, she creates environments where participants feel safe enough to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their emotional and physical intelligence at their own pace.
