Located in the back of Santuario de Regla, and a few meters from the Virgen de Regla beach, one of the most prized beaches of Costa de la Luz, this place is ideal to walk under the sun of Cadiz and to internalize the amazing experience along with Dr. Robert Svoboda and Pilar Valencia.
The house has magnificent gardens, meeting rooms, chapel, a big dining room, and comfortable rooms equipped with heating and bathroom with hot water. The accommodation during the retreat will be a shared double room. Depending on availability, there will be the option to book a single room for an additional supplement of 10 EUR.
Program
During the retreat you will discuss prana and pratyahara, understanding prana as a life source, foundation, central support of life in the body, and its importance when it flows inside and out of our bodies, allowing you to maintain your balance and to manage any situation you encounter. Prana is mainly taken through breathing and food, but it can easily get lost if you allow your sensory organs to rule your life.
On the other hand, the pratyahara is a process that promotes the control of the sensory organs and redirects them away from their normal focus, allowing you to choose how you relate to external influences.
In addition to discussing these two important concepts, during your retreat, Dr. Svoboda will guide you in a practical meditative process to help cultivate prana and facilitate pratyahara. The retreat is available in Spanish and English. There will be simultaneous translation (English - Spanish) during Dr. Svoboda’s conference, and if necessary there will be another translation (Spanish - English) during the yoga sessions.
