For more than 5 years they organize twice a year this wonderful recharging yoga weekend. Sarah has many years of experience teaching yoga and coaching people to a more balanced conscious way of living. This weekend you will get to understand the connection between body, mind, and emotion through different approaches to yoga. Between classes and during free time you can enjoy the sea breeze, take a nice walk, or explore the nature of the dunes of ‘Het Zwin’.
