During these days, you will be practicing yoga every day. This weekend of intensive yoga will teach you how to understand the body and mind, how to connect with the postures, how to calm down your mind, how to connect with the sounds, how to breathe and the importance of it, and how to find your personal balance between Yin and Yang.
Between classes and free time, you can enjoy the sea breeze, take a nice walk, or explore the nature of the dunes of ‘Het Zwin.’

Day 1 - Friday
- 17:00 - 18:00: Arrival - welcome
- 19:00 Dinner
- 20:30 - 21:40 Meditation plus Yin yoga
Day 2 - Saturday
- 08:00 Breakfast
- 09:30 - 11.30 Pranayama, meditation, and Hatha yoga (plus sun salutations)
- 12:30 Lunch
- 13:30 - 16:30 Free time
- 16:30 - 18:00 Pranayama and Vinyasa flow, or option for free time to relax
- 18:00 Dinner
- 19:30 - 21:10 Yin yoga plus short yoga Nidra (relaxation)
- 21:30 Cozy drink at the fireplace outside for those who'd like it
Day 3 - Sunday
- 07:30 Mantra & Silent Meditation or option for more sleep
- 08:00 Breakfast
- 09:30 - 11:30 Yoga Nidra, pranayama, and Hatha yoga (plus sun salutations)
- 12:30 Lunch
- 13:30 - 14:00 Goodbye, hugs and cleaning up yoga dhala (ending)

Sarah Jabloune
Sarah Jabloune is a smiling and enthusiastic person with the gift of helping people find their balance through yoga teaching and mind coaching. Sarah is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher from the Yoga Life Foundation. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra yoga on a regular basis in her home country, Belgium.
