Instructors
Julia Ruiz de Castroviejo
Certified 500 hours by Yoga Inbound and 300 hours in Ashtanga by Yoga Alliance (India). Since 2014 she has lived in Colombia, where she found yoga by living in a yoga monastery for a few months. Since then she decided to dedicate herself to the practice and she has been certified as a Yoga Inbound teacher for children, as a prenatal yoga teacher, and as a yoga instructor (300 + 500 hours). For the past five years, she has been dedicated to training instructors.
Agustín Valderrama
Agustin did a 200H instructorate in 2019 to deepen his practice and be more active with his body, but he fell in love with the philosophy, method and teaching so much that he did another 200H instructorate in 2020. After having a more Yang and active practice he did a 500H teacher training in therapeutic yoga and 50 hours in Yin Yoga. He now applies all this knowledge to help others explore physical, energetic movements and help them connect with themselves on a deeper level, combining their yin and yang side. He identifies with the color yellow and made it part of his yoga brand.
Frank Ramirez
Frank Ramirez Physiotherapist and certified yoga teacher with more than 10 years of clinical experience. In addition, he is a university teacher (Venezuela) since 2011 in chairs of human anatomy, exercise physiology and cardiorespiratory therapy. Since 2018 he has taught multiple courses and workshops related to human anatomy applied to yoga, in addition to participating as a trainer in anatomy and biomechanics in various training courses for yoga teachers in Venezuela, Colombia and Spain. His mission is to help adapt the practice of yoga according to the needs of all people.
