Yoga Therapy Retreats – Back to Your Strength
International retreats with S-VYASA and Acharya Harilal at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg
Yoga Vidya stands for a holistic path of yoga that combines tradition, experience, and modern application. From this spirit, an international collaboration is emerging to further develop yoga therapy sustainably. A central role is played by S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana), one of the world’s leading institutions for yoga research and training.
S-VYASA combines the wisdom of classical yoga with insights from modern science. The approach is holistic: yoga is understood not only as a method, but also as a path to inner development and balance—in harmony with body, mind, and consciousness.
The vision of S-VYASA is to unite the best of East and West, creating an integral path for personal growth. This aligns closely with the philosophy of Yoga Vidya.
At the heart of all retreats is an individually tailored yoga practice for:
- More mobility and energy
- Inner peace and better sleep
- Improved stress and emotional management
Yoga therapy is not intended as a replacement for medical treatment, but as a complementary approach. It fosters self-awareness, inner stability, and activates the body’s self-healing abilities. The tranquil environment, structured daily routine, and empathetic guidance create ideal conditions for lasting rejuvenation. This retreat offers a nourishing break that supports you on all levels and provides valuable insights for everyday life, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Why choose one of these retreats?
The retreats take place in the unique setting of the Yoga Vidya Ashram in Bad Meinberg—a place of peace, mindfulness, and renewal. It offers the ideal environment to bring body and mind into lasting balance.
Your benefit
