28 Day 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in South Athens, Greece

The program is designed to not only shed light on many aspects of yoga, but also to teach you how to use Hatha yoga, the mother of all yoga, and to lead a substantial, effective yoga class in order to be able to inspire and motivate others.

Each class has a maximum of six students, and this will give you the privilege to be closer to your master and to understand not only a commercial approach of yoga, but also the essence and transformation of the powerful yoga science.

• Delve into yoga ethics and the student-teacher relationship
• Discover and study Patanjali’s eight limbs
• Explore the history of yoga with the ancient text of the masters
• Hone your presentation and communication skills so that you can deliver a class in a concise manner and connecting with all students
• Learn about alignment and assisting
• Learn basic physiology and anatomy related to yoga
• Learn how to give safe and effective hands-on adjustment and also about the different styles and intentions of touch
• Learn how to market yourself and learn the business side of running an effective yoga studio
• Learn how to read bodies, physically and emotionally, as well as the energy of the group or individual
• Learn how to sequence asanas in a fluid manner and unite breathe with movement
• Learn how to teach a yoga class as a workout for the body, mind, and spirit
• Learn how to teach with your voice and your hands, how to encourage and inspire people, and how to use your body language to enhance a class
• Learn the basics of the transformation, without this knowledge no transformation can be achieved
• Learn to apply yoga for specific ailments such as back pain, anti-ageing, sleeping disorder, weight loss, depression, menopause or hormone balancing, and arthritis, which is the specialty of Yoga Skyros IKE

• 10.00 –10.30 Breakfast
• 10.30 – 12.30 Theory and Philosophy
• 12.30 – 13.30 Lunch
• 13.30 – 14.30 Practice Asanas
• 14.30 – 16.00 Asanas Theory
• 16.00 – 17.00 Yoga Class by Senior Teacher
• 17.00 – 18.30 Debriefing Class

Once you have completed the 200 RYT certification course, you are eligible to sign up for the high grade 300 RYT certification course. The price is 2,400 EUR for students who conducted the 200 RYT course.

If the 21 days were not sufficient for the student and need further teaching, an extension of 1 week is possible for an additional fee of 550 EUR.
