Those seeking deeper understanding and practice of yoga can find a firm grounding in the teachings of Yoga Om Nirvana. While asanas—the physical postures of yoga—have contributed to its meteoric rise in popularity in recent decades, the practice's other, equally important tenets have frequently received less attention. By including spiritual teachings and practices into the best 200-YTTC, Yoga Om Nirvana makes sure that their students get a well-rounded understanding of yoga and helps them grow spiritually and personally.

Each week of training consists of six days of intense practice followed by one day of planned rest. We have a full day of recovery day to get ready for next week. To make sure everyone has a quiet day, the rest day is typically planned on a weekday instead of a weekend, when there are usually a lot of tourists and traffic.

The course fee provides students with an all-inclusive package that covers accommodations and meals (except on the rest day) throughout the training.

Included excursions

  • A guided trek to scenic spots such as Triund or Bhagsu Waterfall
