Yoga course syllabus
Asana
Through yoga teacher training in Thailand, students would gain a comprehensive understanding of yoga asanas. Also, you will acquire a more profound insight into different kinds of safety measures, adjustments, contraindications, and alignments.
Pranayama (breath-work)
Pranayamas are breathing exercises that are practiced to calm the mind, bring in more prana to the whole being, and help control it. Different breathing techniques stimulate different centers of the brain, and they have a healing effect on the body while working through the nervous system. Upon successfully finishing the yoga teacher training, the student will be accredited to impart Pranayama lessons without withholding.
Meditation
The guided asana practice would make you feel encouraged and motivated to share the delightful practice of meditation with the whole world.
Philosophy
You would acquire a way of growing deep, not just in your practice but also as an individual, enhancing your understanding of the spirit of yoga. Yoga Nisarga’s yoga teacher training in Thailand focuses on the depth of experience that makes life satisfying and rewarding.
Shatkriyas practice and theory
In this training, the student will learn the basic kriyas. Your teacher will explain the techniques, demonstrate, and guide you through the basic practices: kapalbhati, the cleansing breath, a technique for purifying the nasal passages with water; jala neti, and trataka, a practice helping to develop your concentration.
Anatomy and physiology
At Yoga Nisarga, students will learn how to avoid injury while practicing yoga. They would turn out to be experts in understanding the anatomy of the body. You will cover the various systems of the body, such as the skeletal, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, nervous, lymphatic, urinary, and endocrine systems.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra brings incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditation practices, leading one's awareness through many levels to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
Teaching practice
During the course, you will learn how to teach the asanas postures, how to plan a good class sequence of postures, and all the basics of teaching yoga classes from start to finish. The teaching skills covered include demonstration, observation, correcting, observing other teachers, receiving and giving feedback, and the general qualities that make a person an effective teacher.
Internal growth
There is a lot more for any student to learn about yoga; that’s beyond asana, pranayama, philosophy, and meditation. At Yoga Nisarga, you will discover opportunities to explore your practice and grow by deepening your connection. No matter if you aspire to turn into a self-motivated yoga teacher or just submerge yourself in the yoga practice, you are heartened to join the yoga teacher training Thailand program.
