Program
Day 1: Welcome
Guests will be picked up from Qingdao Liuting International Airport (TAO) and taken to the accommodation, letting them get to know the area. This will be followed by the welcome dinner, a free evening, and a city walk.
Day 2: Seaside promenade / academic traditional school
Morning yoga will start at 08:00 in the studio. Breakfast will be at 09:30.
There is a newly-built plank promenade that meanders along the southern beach for about 40 kilometers, from Tuandao Cape in southwestern Qingdao to Shilaoren Holiday Resort in the eastern part of the city. This makes it possible to walk from the western part of the city, covering Qingdao Bay, Huiquan Bay, Taiping Bay, and arrive at the end at the Sculpture Road in eastern Qingdao.
Beach Number 1 and Beach Number 2 are the most popular seaside sightseeing pathways in the city. You'll have lunch on the tour and Yin yoga practices in the evening.
Day 3: Green tea picking in Laoshan (seasonal) / Tao Beer museum
Morning yoga will start at 08:00 in the studio. Breakfast will be at 09:30.
Laoshan is a rare green tea farm in China with a unique feature: the tea leaves feature thickness, mellow savor, and abundance in nutrition, nurtured by the excellent natural conditions on the mountain, while the liquor is clear and jade green. Have lunch on the tour and dinner at the house to complete a beautiful day. Yin yoga practices will be in the evening.
Day 4: Zhanshan Temple and city light show
Morning yoga will start at 08:00 in the studio. Breakfast will be at 09:30.
Zhanshan Temple is a peaceful place to unwind and take in an ancient culture. It is a large Buddhist complex in Qingdao, just over the hill from Zhongshan Park. It consists of many halls dedicated to different saints. You can buy or take some scent sticks for free and follow an easy procedure of praying.
Enjoy a Restorative yoga session, which involves only five or six poses, supported by props that will allow you to completely relax and rest after a long day trip. Afterward, you will visit the Taidong night market. It is always crowded and is one of those places that primarily draws in locals in the know; all kinds of street food, souvenirs, and gadgets can be found along the market.
Day 5: City visit
Visit local museums or galleries before departure. At the end of this week of unforgettable experiences, it will not be easy to say goodbye, especially among an affectionate cohort. Vivian is sure that you will reunite in other cities in China soon.
Kindly be informed that the program may change depending on the weather, closed roads, or other personal preferences.
