Guest will be accommodated in a beautiful guest house, single room with comfortable large bed, and shared brand-new bathroom and toilet rooms on different floors.

Program

Your day will start with pranayama (breathwork) and Vinyasa (flow yoga) in the morning. After your yoga practice, you will prepare to go walking or sightseeing after breakfast. Various activities on each day, depends on the weather, physical conditions and personal preferences. Sightseeing at the Norwegian international scenic area, immersed in surrounding mountains with stunning view over the valley.

Then, you will learn how to give trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage where you will focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints), prevent and even heal injuries.

You will have Yin yoga practices in the evening, to soften the muscle and help regulate the flow of energy in the body, as a good recovery in the middle of the itinerary. Restorative yoga involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest after a long day travel.
