Program

Yoga means union

These yoga holidays focus on the social side of the mat - to deepen your journey with like-minded yogis through a shared experience that is perfectly balanced between fun and focus, adventure and asana, relaxation and restoration. From the tranquil Tamanu Resort, your day will begin and end with sunrise and sunset yoga and meditation, while in between the opportunity to explore the island awaits - by both land or sea.

Scoot the roads lined with coral churches, beautiful marae and the welcoming waves of curious locals. Cycle for a more relaxed ride or simply take to the sand and sea for everything from waterfront tai chi to stand-up paddling, snorkeling, and kayaking to speed boats over to Maina (Honeymoon) Island, traditional island barbecue and dance classes - ensuring you've got plenty of moves once the day descends in the celebrations of the evening.
