Program
Example daily schedule
Each day is designed to follow a natural rhythm of activation, reflection, rest, and integration, allowing participants to move between practice and presence without rushing.
Morning
The day begins with a gentle morning yoga or Pilates-inspired practice, focused on awakening the body, releasing tension, and establishing embodied awareness. This is followed by guided meditation and breathing, creating a calm and attentive inner state for the day ahead.
Midday
After the morning practices, there is time for lunch and rest. Participants are encouraged to slow down, rest, journal, walk in nature, or simply integrate the morning experience in silence or quiet connection.
Afternoon
The afternoon is dedicated to axiological group work and guided discussions, exploring values, perception, and meaning through shared reflection and experiential inquiry. These sessions invite listening, dialogue, and contemplation rather than debate or theory.
Late afternoon / early evening
Time is given for contemplation, personal reflection, or gentle movement, supporting emotional and cognitive integration. Nature, silence, and simple presence play an important role during this part of the day.
Evening
The day closes with dinner and rest, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experiences of the day to consolidate. Evenings are intentionally kept spacious and quiet, supporting deep rest and reflection.

Nearby, guests can enjoy ocean walks, natural swimming spots, local cafés, and small beaches where daily life unfolds at a human pace. The retreat takes place in collaboration with Asociación Cultural Panoramix Tenerife, a space rooted in community, culture, and respect for the territory.
