She integrates psychological inquiry with axiological frameworks, including the Hartman Value Profile, and facilitates spaces of attention, silence, and ethical reflection. Eva is the creator and lead facilitator of The Deep Work Retreats.
Jose Cao
José Antonio Cao Vocero is a yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience, trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, and Classical Hatha Yoga, and certified in the Iyengar method. He is the founder of nexoYOGA and director of YOGASASTRA Centers in Tenerife.
