Daily schedule
- 06:30 Sunrise meditation walk. Begin the day in quiet reflection, walking mindfully through nature as the sun rises.
Morning cleansing techniques.
- 07:30 Morning Vinyasa Flow (75 minutes). An energizing and empowering Vinyasa yoga session to awaken the body and center the mind.
- 09:00 Light breakfast. Enjoy seasonal fruits, herbal teas, or organic coffee in a peaceful setting.
- 10:00 Free time. Rest, explore the area, enjoy the beach, journal, connect with fellow guests, or simply be.
- 13:30 Nourishing vegan / vegetarian meal (shared community lunch). A wholesome, lovingly prepared plant-based meal served in the community.
- 15:00 Free time / optional surprise group activity. Join in if you feel called - creative workshops, mindful movement, or local cultural experiences (participation is always optional - this is your time.)
- 17:30 Gentle evening asana. A slow, grounding yoga practice to release tension and prepare for deep rest, followed by Pranayama and Yoga Nidra by the Beach (90 minutes). Breathe, let go, and journey inward with guided breathwork and Yoga Nidra under the setting sun.
- 20:00 Rest and integration. Unwind for the evening. Stargaze, read, reflect - or simply drift into sleep.
Please note that the daily schedule is a flexible framework and may be gently adjusted to suit the flow of the group, weather, or spontaneous inspiration
Instructors
Magdalene Fragkou
Magdalene is a passionate and multi-disciplinary movement instructor with a background in Theatre and Special Education. After beginning her career as an actress in Athens, her path naturally transitioned into teaching, driven by her love for creativity, connection, and mindful movement. Her yoga journey started in India, where she trained in Holistic, Restorative, Ashtanga, Pre/Postnatal, Kids Yoga, Acro Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. She is also certified in Pilates and Cross Training. Magdalene has brought her expertise into the hospitality and wellness sector.
Retreat location
Nestled in Agios Emilianos, just 3 kilometers from Costa and near the charming village of Porto Heli, Thalassa Studios offers a tranquil retreat overlooking the island of Spetses. Only 180 kilometers from Athens, it is easily accessible by hydrofoil, with stops at the stunning Saronic Islands before arriving at Porto Heli’s little port.
The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, just steps from a secluded beach where boats can dock free of charge. Explore the magic of Saint Emilianos, with its diverse landscapes, hidden coves, and pristine sandy beaches.
