SUP YO Adventures

I was a bit anxious to spend a weekend with strangers but from the moment I walked into the house, Jana was warm and welcoming. It was a very valuable retreat and I learned a lot. The food was delicious and healthy and not over spiced. I look forward to joining future adventures.

Welcoming hosts, flow of schedule, supportive and encouraging instructors, camaraderie within group, loved embracing new experiences with like minded people. Came away renewed, encouraged to continue seeking similar adventures. Perfect blend of body, mind and spirit rejuvenating with lots of laughter along with it.

Even with strict COVID restrictions at the resort, Jana created a strong sense of community. The yoga was well programmed and skiing was a blast! Excellent weekend away!

I liked the water rafting! We had so much fun on the water and the beauty of the untouched nature was a sight to see. You do not need to book a yoga retreat to just drive up to Forks, ME and go by yourself. I think it'll be more worth it and you'll save money!
