Program
This retreat is a transformative journey designed to guide you through a powerful process of grounding, release, and renewal. Inspired by the elements of nature, each day will invite you to reconnect with yourself through yoga, ritual, and meaningful cultural experiences in Bali.
The journey will begin with a grounding arrival and a traditional Balinese fire ceremony to release the stress of travel and set personal intentions for the week. As the retreat unfolds, participants will move through experiences designed to cleanse the body and mind, including Somatic yoga flows, a sacred water purification ritual at a hidden temple, and deeply restorative sound healing sessions.
Midweek will focus on emotional release and personal breakthroughs through breathwork, yoga Nidra, and heart-opening ceremonies. A full day of digital detox and noble silence will invite deep stillness and reflection, allowing space for inner clarity and reconnection with nature.
The retreat will then shift toward integration and future visioning through energizing yoga, creative workshops, and guided exercises to help you carry the insights from the retreat and into your everyday life. The journey will conclude with joyful celebration, community connection, and a traditional Balinese feast before a final gratitude circle and departure.
Throughout the week, you will experience a balance of movement, cultural ritual, nature immersion, and personal reflection - leaving you feeling lighter, more inspired, and deeply renewed.
It will not be a vacay and it’ll not be about “fixing you.” The retreat will be about finding your way to your truest self. It’ll be the reset that sticks.
What makes this retreat different is the spot's magic paddy breezes mixing with wave crashes, a small group (15 at the maximum), and hyper-local stuff like Balinese healers and cacao circles that you won't find everywhere. Plus, there will be more than five hours of real asana (gentle to Vinyasa), but balanced so that you're not wrecked. You will leave with Sixth Element Bali's re-entry kit to keep the buzz alive back home.
Day 1 will kick off with an Agni Hotra fire ceremony at sunset to torch your travel stress. Then, ease into somatic flows, a secret water temple ceremony to wash the “old you” away, breathwork that'll crack you open, a full day of noble silence in the rice terraces, and end with a goddess-feast Megibung dinner where you'll dress like royalty.
