Curriculum / Course information
Yoga styles
The foundation of Saptrashmi Yoga is traditional Hatha yoga, which is the root of most modern styles. Saptrashmi Yoga focuses on mindful alignment and the union of breath and movement. This provides a strong, versatile foundation that will allow you to teach various types of classes.
The World Needs More Than Instructors: It Needs True Yoga Teachers
In a world filled with fitness-focused yoga, the demand for authentic teachers who can share the true, transformative gift of yoga is higher than ever. This is a call for guides who understand that yoga is a complete system for a balanced life—a union of movement, breath, mind, and spirit.
This training is your path to becoming such a teacher. It is an opportunity to move beyond simply instructing poses and to learn how to guide your students toward genuine well-being, sharing a practice that offers profound resilience in the modern world.
A Complete Education in the Yogic Arts
A confident yoga teacher needs more than just a flexible body; they need a deep and integrated understanding of the entire yogic system. Saptrashmi Yoga’s approach is holistic, built on the timeless wisdom of traditional Hatha yoga.
While the mastery of asana (postures) is a core pillar of this training, it is taught in its proper context. Equal importance is placed on the science of breath (pranayama), the stillness of meditation, and the wisdom of yogic philosophy. You will not just learn what to teach, but will come to embody the why behind the practice, enabling you to teach from a place of deep knowledge and personal experience.
From Ancient Wisdom to Modern Application
The curriculum of Saptrashmi Yoga is a holistic blend of ancient wisdom, practical techniques, and the art of teaching, ensuring you graduate as a well-rounded and capable guide.
The robust curriculum covers the full spectrum of knowledge required to become a well-rounded and effective yoga teacher.
Personal Mentorship: From Anywhere in the World
This is not a self-paced, pre-recorded course. It is a live, engaging, and supportive mentorship.
- Live, interactive sessions: Learn directly from the founder, Tarun Sharma, in real time, allowing you to ask questions and engage in meaningful discussions

Emerge as a Capable, Confident, and Certified Guide
Upon graduation, you will be fully equipped to begin your teaching journey with skill and integrity. You will be:
- A certified, knowledgeable, and well-rounded yoga teacher
- A practitioner with a deeper, safer, and more integrated personal practice, having refined your own understanding of yoga
- Equipped with the practical skills to confidently structure classes, manage students, and begin a fulfilling teaching career
- A lifelong member of an authentic yogic lineage, connected to the traditional source of this profound practice
