The curriculum will explore applied anatomy, bandhas, different yoga styles including classic Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin yoga, Bhakti yoga, Raja yoga, and others, over 60 asanas and variations from beginner to advanced, meditation, mudras, Tantra yoga, plus ethics and morality. The methods also encourage and enable our students to practice teaching and learn by doing.
Together with a deep retreat style, their 200-hour yoga teacher training will let you dive deep into yourself and into the ancient lore of yoga. A central guiding principle is to create a safe space in which you can truly let down your guard in order to immerse yourself into the course as well as have the opportunity to heal your wounds.

Instructors
Sean Goldberg
Sean bases his teaching style on a deep understanding of yoga anatomy, yoga physiology, and traditional Hatha yoga. He has taught on yoga trainings for various schools all over the world, including Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Bali, and Australia. He is a registered physiotherapist in Australia and continues to work and treat clientele there. Sean regularly teaches meditation courses, workshops, and retreats for people that suffer from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Bernd Windhofer
Bernd has been throwing himself wholeheartedly into the deep waters of daily, dedicated yoga practice since the very beginning of 2001. Coming originally from the performing arts in various guises, he finally allowed the stage life to fade and the yogic life to come into deeper focus. Being drawn, from an early age, toward seeing, understanding and exploring life in its fullness and entirety. He works with the tools of asana, pranayama, meditation, and study in order to plumb the depths of experience.

Food
Two meals per day are included in the prices. With an in-house warung featuring healthy homemade meals, Alkaline Restaurant offers vegans and vegetarian meals with no monosodium glutamate or chemical enhancements.
The meals will all be prepared on-site and highly nutritious. Samasti Yoga spent a lot of time designing a meal program that will give you everything you need to nurture your body and soul to allow you to focus on yourself over the duration of the course.
