Guest rooms are either double or twin rooms, well equipped with air conditioning, special comfy beds, a choice of pillows, and a storage room. Bathrooms are shared between two rooms each and are equipped with bathtub/shower and bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided.

In the garden, there is a glamping tent that comes well equipped and cozy with a comfy double mattress, access to outdoor shower and basin (cold) and bathrooms inside. The living spaces are shared between guests and the host family, composed of Claudia, the host, her daughter Alice (13 years old), and cats Belle and Indy. Meals are shared between adults.

Research in the last years around trauma, the somatic experience of it, and its connection to the nervous system, and has brought to light what is, for us, the missing link between band-aid healing solutions and real long-lasting results!

Because you can do all the breathwork, yoga, and relaxation techniques in the world if you don’t take care of the nervous system these modalities can just bring relief but no real results; because we have to go deeper, work on a body level and release what has caused this dysregulation in the first place in order to be able to rewire us and to find back to this place of safety, clarity and connection.

Sayalonga

Set amidst the Andalucian mountains, just a few kilometers away from the coast, Sayalonga is a cute, traditional white village where you can find typical local restaurants and some small grocery shopping. It is worth a pleasant 15-minute walk from the lodge (800 meters). The lodge itself is set on a steep hill, offering breathtaking views, and is surrounded by lush fruit plantations.

All meals are included in your package, herbal tea, and water throughout the stay. The meals at Samadhi Lodge are sometimes vegetarian but mostly plant-based, gluten and sugar-free, with special attention to gut health because a healthy and happy mind and body starts on the plate and nourishing, natural and tasty food is a priority for Samadhi Lodge.

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Málaga Airport (AGP). You can rent a car so you are free to discover the surroundings or Samadhi Lodge can pick you up and bring you back to the airport at an additional charge (it is 75 EUR per car and not per person as stated above).

Arrival by bus

The village Sayalonga is 800 meters away from where there are several daily buses to Malaga (company LOYMERBUS).
