This exceptional little bunch of vivid pieces of training empowers you to uncover what the ancient insight of Ayurveda needs to teach you. On completion of the course, you will be given a certificate as a reward for your hard work.

Study of Ayurveda

The fundamental advantages of examining Ayurveda are personal, familial, mutual, and professional. Despite where your objectives lie, you should start the way with recuperating yourself. Self-mending, known as swasthavritta, is the initial step to recuperating others. The work is personal, vulnerable, and powerful. With time and self-study, you will see into your nature some new and transformative changes. So, Ayurveda is a wonderful and profoundly satisfying work.

Study of panchakarma

Panchakarma is the most well-known detoxification cycle of Ayurveda, reestablishing youth with the assistance of oils. This extraordinary treatment of sedated oil back rub and natural cures was endorsed in old Vedic sacred writings and has been practiced in Kerala for a long time, considering the degree of groundbreaking detoxification they give; it is not difficult to understand why.

Study of herbs and spices

Ayurveda is a conventional Indian system of medicine. It plans to safeguard wellbeing and health by keeping the brain, body, and soul in balance and forestalling illness instead of treating it. To do this, it needs a comprehensive methodology that includes diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. Ayurvedic spices and herbs are likewise a significant segment of this methodology. They are thought to shield your body from sickness and offer an assortment of medical advantages, including improved absorption and psychological wellness.

Study of Rasayana

Rasayana is an Ayurvedic restoration treatment that helps in the support and advancement of wellbeing. Rasayana implies nourishment at all levels, from the full scale to the miniature cell level. Rasayana treatment renews the indispensable liquids of the body; helps the ojas (crucial power of life) and the invulnerable framework, consequently avoiding illnesses and forestalls against the sick impacts of the modern age. Rasayana treatment forestalls the impact of maturing and gives life span, improves mental ability, and has other advantages as well.

Dosha

Vata

Vata gives the fundamental motion to every single substantial interaction and is amazingly crucial for wellbeing. On a yearly basis, vāta is generally noticeable in the fall and at the difference in seasons, and these are the main occasions to be cautious about diet and way of life. One motivation behind the way of life contemplations is to balance this movement. Routine is valuable in helping the vata individual to adequately ground a lot of moving energy.

Pitta

Pitta dosha controls your absorption, digestion (how well you separate food sources), and certain chemicals that are connected to your hunger. Things that can upset it are eating sharp or zesty food varieties and investing an excess of energy in the sun. If pitta dosha is your fundamental life power, you are bound to create conditions like Crohn's illness, coronary illness, hypertension, and infections. There could be multiple symptoms of pitta, like bad breath, body odor, anger, irritability, etc.

Kapha

Kapha is made out of the earth and water elements. It is hefty, moderate, cool, smooth, sensitive, thick, steady, gross, and shady. Kapha gives construction and strength to all things; it gives the cohesiveness expected to keep a specific structure. Kapha also hydrates all cells and systems, greases up the joints, immerses the skin, keeps up resistance, and shields the tissues. Kapha is regularly connected with water energy, and with adoration and sympathy.
