Shreya is a spiritual and professional yoga teacher and co-founder of Peaceful Mind-The Ancient Yoga with an experience of nine years in the domain of yoga. She has graduated with 200 Hrs and 500 Hrs Teachers Training Course from Yoga Alliance, USA. She is a yoga mentor with varied experience in meditation, pranayama, Hatha yoga, mantras chanting, and yoga philosophy. She is a highly dedicated, experienced, and passionate yoga instructor. Her acrobatic skills have influenced the vigorous yet graceful way she practices and teaches yoga. She can easily motivate and inspire people to go beyond.
Yogi Satendra likes to draw upon the ancient wisdom and healing system of yoga and teaches from a place of personal practice and over 27 years experience in Ancient Yoga. He has Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science as well as Health Conservation from Renowned University in India. He encourages one to explore their own personal potential and the transformational potential of this ancient discipline. Yogi Satendra has always been passionate about motivating people to achieve their fitness and health goals and inspiring them to lead healthy lifestyles.
I have just completed a week on a yoga retreat with Peaceful Mind -The Ancient Yoga, in the beautiful setting of Palolem, Goa, India. I quickly came to the understanding that yoga is not the mere practice of various Asanas (postures and poses) which I have followed for many years. It is a combination of such Asanas with Meditation, Mantra Chanting and Pranayama. My experience with sunrise and sunset Meditation and Pranayama ( breathing techniques) on Palolem Beach and midday Mantra Chanting led by my dynamic and spiritual coach left me invigorated yet blessed with an inner peace and a feeling of joy and fulfillment.
What a wonderful week with Peaceful Mind -The Ancient Yoga......one I shall always remember with thankfulness and appreciation for my new found self.
